Before Sending Your Items

1. Please wash all clothing and fabrics before shipping them to us, and please include your full name and confirmation/ order number with your items.
2. If there are specific ties, shirts, patterns, pockets, collars, or fabric sections you would like featured in your pillow, please include a note inside your package identifying your preferences and any special requests.
3. As part of our commitment to upcycling and sustainability, we encourage you to reuse any shipping box, parcel mailer, reusable shopping bag, or packaging materials you already have at home when sending your items.

What Happens Next?
Once your items have been received, we will notify you that we received your belongings and we work in the order we first received payment+items. Once we are ready to begin your order, we will email you to begin the design and creation process for your keepsake pillow.

Current turnaround time is approximately 6-8 weeks from when the articles of clothing are received & depending on our current order volume. You can always check our Instagram Stories for the most up-to-date production status and turnaround updates.

After your materials arrive, we will contact you via email to discuss customization details, optional add-ons, and confirm your design before production begins.

By completing your purchase, you expressly release, waive, and discharge Threaded by the Books, its owners, employees, representatives, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, or expenses related to the possession, use, misuse, display, gifting, or handling of any keepsake product. Purchase of any item constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Threaded by the Books reserves permission to photograph or record my completed order and behind-the-scenes content for use on social media, advertising, and other marketing purposes. No personal or private information will be shared, besides the embroidery information on the final product.
