The number of items needed will vary depending on the quilt size selected. If you’re unsure whether you have enough materials, feel free to send us a message before ordering.

You’re always welcome to send additional items to provide more design options and allow us to incorporate your favorite pieces throughout the quilt.

Before Sending Your Items

1. Please wash all clothing and fabrics before shipping them to us, and please include your full name and confirmation/ order number with your items.
2. If there are specific items, logos, sayings, patterns, or fabrics you’d like highlighted, please include a note inside your package identifying your favorite pieces and any special requests.
3. As part of our commitment to upcycling and sustainability, we encourage you to reuse any shipping box, parcel mailer, or packaging materials you already have at home when sending your items.

What Happens Next?
Once your items have been received, we will notify you that we received your belongings and work in the order we receive orders by payment+items we received first. We will send you an email to begin the design and creation process for your keepsake quilt.

Current turnaround time is approximately 8-12 weeks, depending on our current order volume. You can always check our Instagram Stories for the most up-to-date production status and turnaround updates.

After your materials arrive, we will contact you via email to discuss any customization details and confirm your design preferences before construction begins.
